Webinar on COVID-19 EFFECTS was conducted on October 2020 by ITAK

Manorama Info CEO Ms. Ashwini Danigond narrated how they had managed crunching business with prospects from products which were good but side lined with cost benefits to clients thus adding new base of clients with expansion of existing clientele base. Mr. Kailash Medhe, CEO, Skylark BPO informed that though initially offshore business hampered, due to his ready ness to offer out put even in the background of COVID 19, business recovered fast and expect to cross previous achievements soon. Mr Vinay Gupte also informed of his working ideas of offering better cost benefits to clients. Mr. Pratap Patil who had shared his frightening moments on loosing major clients was very happy to inform his already crossing monthly targets as in the pre COVID 19 period.

Mr. Shantaram Surve, President narrated how, first time in the history, local IT Units were in command to provide IT Solutions to district administration in managing the COVID 19 Pandemic effectively. Some of the major areas of support provided was in the areas of keeping track of incoming Citizens in Kolhapur district, Telemedicine services, Health survey along with Comorbidity analysis services of more than 11 lakh citizens etc. One of the most important after effect of COVID 19 is much greater use of IT in all fields of day to day activities. Mr. Sanjiv Shivapurkar, Vice President thanked all for the enthusiastic attendance by all ITAK members.
