During this project, I am the Project Leader of the newly formed group to work directly with the UK based company. Our group consisted of programmers and business analysts. I am responsible for working with the development of the project and resolving issues on a prioritized basis and conducting weekly status meetings. I also designed and created the queries and models for social sharing.
My responsibilities as Project Lead required the monitoring and performance reporting of the team member as well as serving as the technical lead for the team. As time permitted, this also allowed me opportunities to maintain my technical proficiencies by working issues as well.
